We hope you and your cat love LOAFD, but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return.

Please note: for safety and hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of any opened products. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

How To Request A Return

Just email us at team@getloafd.com to get started. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first. We are unable to process unapproved returns.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Heads up: your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process the refund on their end.)

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, just drop us a line at team@getloafd.com and we’ll look into it right away.
